Join the 365 Mile Challenge

New year, new challenge? You bet!

My friends created this fun challenge to help encourage people to get moving outside. The 365 Challenge goal is to do a mile a day of some sort of activity, outside! It can be walking, hiking, biking, anything as long as you are getting in the miles.

Of course, winter in Utah is always a bit more of a challenge with snow and inversion. Luckily with the right gear you can really get out in any weather. 🙂

I was also pretty happy to discover the “Adventures” in my FitBit app. This has helped add an entirely new and fun way to keep track of miles. Are you doing them?

I’m pretty excited about the challenge as the weather gets warm. We have so many great trails that I want to explore too! Have you joined the fun?
