I have to admit that we are very lucky. We live within minuets of amazing things to do for health and wellness. Hiking, walking, biking, and stand up paddle boarding in the summer. The above is a screencap of one of my mornings. I had just returned from a short walk, which earned me 40 points! Walking is something I enjoy doing daily, so racking up points should be fun and easy. I’m excited to see how many points I will rack up during a game of tennis! We have a lot of great courts around in our public parks. It’s so nice to have many free options for staying fit! What types of healthy things are there to do where you live?
