My grandma and grandpa had one of these. I remember looking at it and pretending it was a magical machine that could take me to another place. How fun to see them being made again! This model comes from Unica Home.
 They come in other colors too, but this style is the one that I remember.

I saw these simple, yet pretty, photo frames over on Hip and Zen and fell in love. The natural theme and color would go so perfectly in our home (I would call our style simple, comfortable, and natural, but there isn’t really a word for that). And they also reminded me of something that was in the book I reviewed recently about clearing clutter by Peter Walsh called It’s All Too Much.
 Why did I think of that book when I saw these gorgeous frames? Because there is a section about photos, and the theme of his book is honoring memories and possessions. These frames are simple and would work perfectly for keeping a current photo or two on display. His idea is that it’s better to get your photos into a place where you can actually see and enjoy them, instead of keeping them in piles and boxes… a philosophy that I couldn’t agree with more!
It was my first time stopping by the Hip and Zen site, but there are a lot of fun things on there. It could become a new favorite wishing well.
