Like most people, my ideas change often when it comes to what I want to do with certain parts of the house. Case in point, the laundry room. As I talked about in my recent post, it is a large room so it can be more than just a laundry.
It used to be an art room, then the old mattress set needed a place to be. So, it took over the craft room, and the room is now one big mess. Just days ago I was thinking that I would make it a guest room. Now, it may become a train room instead.
We got an offer for a really neat train set to build, complete with the table and all the good stuff. My parents decided to pare down their train room and only have one table, which in the small area they have makes good sense. You do have to have room to move around the table, just in case a train jumps the track. Our home isn’t large, but one place that we could have a train would be the laundry room, of course, that means getting rid of all the things that would have made up a guest room.
