Japanese Garden
A few posts ago, I asked for your input regarding the old dog run area in our backyard. Some of you were on the same wave lengths as me, and suggested a water feature. That is exactly the plan that had been brewing in my mind for months! And not just any kind of garden with a water feature, no friends, I want a Japanese style garden! After all, we do have bamboo growing back there!
Here is a little inspiration board that I put together. I have always loved all things Japanese, and have especially wanted to have koi as pets. When we first bought our home and saw the bamboo the idea of a garden with a koi pond and a large pagoda statue popped into my head. I have been waiting to build it ever since.

oooo I cannot wait to see what you do with it! we 2 koi in our 55 gallon fish tank for YEARS until recently we went on vacation and our neighbor overfed them (that’s hard to do with koi!!) and they died
my daughter had named them: rabbit and moon b/c they were both pure white.
